PERSOL is excited to be partnering with ITW in their search for an experienced Product Manager to join their team in the Polymers and Fluids division.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Product Manager to take ownership of a well recognised product portfolio and drive strategic growth through category leadership across industrial, automotive, trade, and retail markets.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director ANZ, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the success of the product portfolio across the trade and retail markets. You will be accountable for the strategic positioning, development, and performance of key product categories, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver the product roadmap across assigned categories
Manage full product lifecycle including pricing, simplification, innovation, and channel growth initiatives
Develop and execute category strategies aligned to annual and long-range business plans
Build business cases and manage projects through the ITW Stage Gate process
Analyse market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and regulatory changes
Develop pricing strategies and support value engineering initiatives




Develop value propositions, product claims, and marketing materials
Deliver product training to internal teams, distributors, and customers
About You
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
Proven Product Management experience in a manufacturing setting
Strong understanding of product lifecycle and category management
Experience across trade, industrial, automotive, hardware, or retail channelsKnowledge of automotive aftermarket and maintenance consumables and ITW products in this category-Rain X, Chemtech, Septone
Strong commercial acumen including pricing, product development, and market analysis
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
