An established and growing Melbourne insurance brokerage is seeking an
Account Executive
to join its specialist
Transport
team.
Working alongside experienced Account Managers, you'll gain exposure to larger commercial clients, complex risks and a clear pathway towards an Account Manager position.
The Opportunity You'll support the management of a diverse portfolio of transport, logistics and civil clients while continuing to build your technical expertise and client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with renewals, endorsements, new business and policy placements
Preparing market submissions and negotiating with insurers
Supporting the management of commercial transport and logistics accounts
Building strong relationships with clients, insurers and underwriters
Providing advice across Motor Fleet, Liability, ISR, Commercial Motor and associated commercial insurance products
Assisting clients throughout the claims process and delivering exceptional service




Working closely with senior brokers while progressively taking on more client responsibility
About You
Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
2-4 years' insurance broking or Account Executive experience
Experience in commercial broking (transport or logistics experience advantageous but not essential)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Keen to develop technically and progress into a senior broking role
