What you'll do
Collaborate with Commonwealth agencies and industry partners to provide expert guidance on workforce planning solutions.
Analyze and optimize AI-driven workforce strategies to meet the demands of national security projects.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce planning or a related field.




Proven expertise in AI applications within workforce management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A relevant degree in a related discipline.
Nice to have
Experience working with government or defense sectors.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Skills & tools
Proficiency in AI technologies and workforce planning software.
Robust understanding of data analytics and visualization tools.
Knowledge of relevant compliance and regulatory frameworks.
