Heritage Brands is seeking an Email & CRM Specialist to craft customer journeys in the wellness and beauty space. You'll manage lifecycle campaigns, drive retention, and support our Loyalty Program within the eCommerce team.
You'll work with platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp, building automated journeys, segmenting audiences, and optimising campaigns using data insights. This role offers a market-competitive salary in the 80k–90k AUD range and pro rata arrangements.
