The Opportunity
We areseekinga proactive and organisedMerchandiserto manage a defined territory and ensure ourbrandsstand outin every store.You'llplay a key role inmaintainingstrong store relationships, optimising product visibility, and supporting commercial growth through high‐quality merchandising and in‐store execution.
This is afull-time, permanentposition, covering theNewcastlearea.
This field‐based role requires travel across your territory, servicing a set customer base per day,with the option of a 4-day working week.
Key Responsibilities
Build engaging product displays to enhance store presence and drive visibility
Replenish stock,maintainpresentation standards, and execute planograms
Lead in‐store activations to support promotions and campaigns
Liaise with store teams, address stock issues, and ensure brand standards are maintained
Provide accurate reporting andmaintain a professional presence in all stores
About You
You are dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
In addition, you will have:
Physical capability to lift our product cases for 8 hours per day (up to 16kg)




A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
Excellent attention to detail with a passion for great presentation
Professionally presented and confident representing our brand at customer sites
Strong time management while meeting scheduled service requirements
Experience in merchandising, retail, field operations, or a similar role is advantageous
