Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Graduate Accountant to join our Finance team in a
permanent full-time
position.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career accountant to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of accounting, finance and commercial activities within a dynamic and growing business.
About the Role
Working closely with an experienced finance team, you will gain practical exposure across both operational and group-level accounting functions while building a strong foundation for your accounting career.
Key responsibilities include:
Accounts payable and receivable processing, including reconciliations
Preparing and processing payments and performing daily bank reconciliations
Reconciliation of intercompany accounts across group entities
Posting and maintaining accurate financial records across multiple accounts
Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
Assisting in the preparation and lodgement of Business Activity Statements (BAS)
Supporting tax agents and external auditors, including active involvement in the annual audit process
Assisting with ASIC, SRO,
and ATO compliance requirements and documentation
General finance administration and record keeping
Working collaboratively with internal teams across operations, farming, and processing
About You

You will ideally have:
A degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
A sound understanding of accounting principles
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Intermediate Excel skills, with advanced proficiency highly regarded
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
