What you'll do
Support students to succeed while maintaining high standards of training and assessment
Deliver and assess online and/or virtual training, ensuring assessments are marked promptly
Engage and motivate students via phone, Moodle messaging, webinars, and email
Monitor student progress and encourage timely completion within expected enrolment durations
Maintain accurate records and file notes within the LMS




Participate in moderation and validation activities
Maintain vocational competency and compliance with Pinnacle's standards and policies
What you'll bring
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A genuine passion for helping students succeed
Strong teamwork and time‐management skills
Confidence with digital tools and online systems
Flexibility and willingness to learn in a fast‐paced environment
TAE***** or TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Vocational competencies in the areas you teach and assess
Currency and experience within your subject area
Prior experience with e‐learning or virtual delivery (highly regarded)
