About the role
Mulchinock Constructions is a small, high performing team that delivers all aspects of carpentry (frame, lock up and fix) across renovations, extensions and new builds. We're based in Melbourne's North but work all over Melbourne. As our project demands continue to grow, we're looking to add a qualified Carpenter to our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in residential carpentry, take pride in their work and prioritise professionalism. You will be trusted to perform tasks with autonomy while working as part of a close-knit team.
Your remuneration will be commensurate with your experience and suitability for the role, with the option to be engaged as a subcontractor through your own ABN if desired.
What you'll be doing
Carpentry work (frame, lock up and fix) across renovations, extensions and current builds on a wide variety of projects
Reading plans and working closely with other trades
Ensuring work meets quality standards and building regulations
Coordinating with subcontractors and supporting team members




Managing tasks independently while communicating clearly with the team
Maintaining clean, organised and safe sites
Upholding high standards of detail, care and professionalism
What we're looking for
A qualified Carpenter with strong attention to detail and ability to think critically
Someone who enjoys working with a team
Someone who is reliable, punctual and accountable
Must hold:
White Card
Certificate III in Carpentry
Right to work in Australia
Valid driver's license and have own vehicle
