About the Role
As an Assistant Director at The Grove Academy, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our centre.
You'll support the Centre Director in maintaining high standards, fostering a positive team culture, and creating an engaging environment for children and families.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting the Centre Director in daily operations and compliance
Supporting and mentoring educators to deliver high-quality practices
Building strong relationships with children, families, and the community
Overseeing and maintaining regulatory and safety standards
Contributing to a fun, team-oriented, and professional workplace culture
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who is supportive, organised, and proactive.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care
Experience in leadership and regulatory compliance within the sector
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
A team-focused, positive attitude
A passion for creating an inspiring and inclusive environment
