Jellyfish is on the lookout for a Performance Specialist Director to spearhead efforts within our growing Generative AI service domain. This leadership role is pivotal in connecting the strategic aspects of media buying with the technical execution of creative assets, all aimed at enhancing campaign performance. As a key user of our Pencil Pro platform, you will be responsible for generating, refining, and assessing the effectiveness of digital advertising initiatives.

What you'll do
Conduct thorough analyses of campaign data at every stage to identify opportunities for performance enhancements.
Transform insights into concise and actionable briefs for a distributed design team to follow.
Develop hypotheses and establish success metrics for various creative iterations.
Offer direct feedback on creative assets to ensure they meet performance objectives.
Oversee quality assurance and grant final approval on all creative outputs before they are launched.
Directly manage adjustments to assets within the Pencil Pro platform to optimize performance.
Track the performance of creative assets, iterate based on data insights, and communicate findings to both clients and internal teams.
Articulate creative strategies effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
A solid background in media planning or buying, particularly with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google, including YouTube, Ads, or DV360.
Proven track record of optimizing media through real-time adjustments or comprehensive post-campaign evaluations.
Hands‐on experience in enhancing performance assets, which includes creative iteration, copy refinement, or visual design using tools like Figma or Adobe.
A strong willingness to engage with Generative AI tools and integrate them into workflow processes.
Exceptional attention to detail,



particularly in quality assurance tasks.
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines while balancing independent work and team collaboration.
Comfort in giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback to foster improvement.
Nice to have
Experience in performance marketing, especially with a focus on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Web Designer, or After Effects for creative asset development.
Previous experience working with design stakeholders and providing creative direction to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Skills & tools
Proficient in using Pencil Pro for asset management and performance tracking.
Familiar with Generative AI platforms to enhance creative processes.
Experienced with Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads/DV360/YouTube for media planning and buying.
