What you'll do
Formulate and execute the AI strategy and roadmap for a pivotal product portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Work alongside cross-disciplinary teams to design and implement AI-enhanced solutions that improve operational efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and new feature development.
Lead product discovery sessions to gather insights and requirements from stakeholders and customers.
Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmaps.
Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to guide future iterations.
Facilitate regular meetings with engineering and data science teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.




Champion a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and experimentation.
Mentor junior product managers and team members, fostering their skilled growth and development.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies for new AI-driven features.

Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in the realms of AI or machine learning.
Demonstrated success in overseeing product lifecycles from initial concept through to successful launch.
In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and their practical applications in product development.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable product insights.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
