Werribee RSL is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused
Bar/Gaming/Bistro Attendant
to join our team on a casual basis. Based in Werribee, VIC ****, this role will involve providing excellent service to our members and guests across our bar, gaming, and bistro areas.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have/are:
Current Victorian Gaming license
Current RSA and RSG
AML/CTF
Australian work rights are required
What you'll be doing
Serving and preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our patrons
Providing friendly and attentive customer service to create a welcoming experience for all guests
Ensuring the bar, gaming area, and bistro are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
Assisting with cash handling and reconciliation procedures
Supporting the smooth operation of our gaming and bistro facilities
Adhering to all relevant licensing laws, safety protocols, and company policies
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a bar, gaming and bistro environment
Minimum of 6 months previous hospitality experience is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of customers
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Availability to work mixed day and evening shifts is expected
