About us
Cosmetic Avenue is a premium medical aesthetics and laser clinic in Malvern, known for our injectables, advanced laser treatments (PicoSure, Excel V+, Pastelle) and a growing B2B bridal partnership program. We're looking for a driven, personable all-rounder to be the commercial face of our clinic.
The role
Work an outbound call list daily to convert enquiries and win new bookings
Build and grow relationships with makeup artists, hair stylists and bridal planners to drive our B2B bridal package sales
Own front-of-house reception - greeting clients, managing bookings, and delivering excellent client service
Represent Cosmetic Avenue with confidence and basic industry knowledge across our treatment menu
What we're looking for




Proven background in high-volume outbound/cold-call sales, with a track record of hitting targets
Confident, consultative sales style - you can sell without being pushy
Reception or front-of-house customer service experience
A natural relationship-builder - comfortable reaching out to industry contacts like MUAs and bridal planners
Well presented, well organised, and genuinely interested in the cosmetic/aesthetics industry
