The Onset is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead two engineering squads (about 10 engineers) as the platform evolves from a legacy Java stack to Node.js, React and TypeScript. You'll work with Product Managers, Data Engineers and Principal Engineers to shape architecture, modernise APIs and simplify data flows for AI-enabled product capabilities.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring you to drive technical direction, mentor engineers and balance delivery with long-term quality.
