motivated

sales focused professional
to be a key member of our talented team as a
Trip Coordinator
in a phone based revenue collecting role that has a strong focus on sales, along with customer service.
Key Responsibilities




Build strong relationships
with booked travellers
Manage trip payments and set up payment plans
Meet
revenue and outbound call targets
Provide
outstanding
customer
service
throughout the pre-departure process
Assist with visa advice and documentation
Who We're Looking For:
Motivated by
hitting targets
and
delivering results
Confident, engaging communicator who enjoys building rapport
Proven sales experience
(phone-based sales strongly preferred)
Comfortable
handling
objections
and closing sales
Detail-oriented with
robust
organisational
skills
Positive
, proactive, and a
genuine passion for travel

Tuesday to Saturday
role (
6am - 2pm
)

role (2 days in office, 3 from home)
