Our client is seeking a casual staff member for a temporary light assembly role located in Braeside. This is a excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and build your skills in manufacturing and assembly.

About the Role
You will be responsible for assembling and fabricating components, performing quality checks, and meeting daily production targets. A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work 5 days per week are essential. Experience using power tools will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate and assemble sub-assemblies and finished products to meet quality and quantity targets
Complete 'stock build' orders from templates
Safely operate hand and power tools




Communicate effectively with team members and management (written and verbal)
Maintain high standards of housekeeping
Keep tools and instruments in safe and designated locations
Follow quality policies and procedures
Monitor and report on stock levels of components
Follow all OH&S; and WorkSafe guidelines
Read and understand work instructions for tasks
About You
Previous experience in light manufacturing or assembly work
Confident using hand and power tools
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Physically fit for manual tasks
