Uniting AgeWell in Victoria is seeking a compassionate Home Care Worker to support ageing clients at their homes across Yarra Ranges and nearby communities.
This part time role requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per fortnight with daytime weekday availability. You will assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, transport and social engagement, while upholding our BEST philosophy.
