We are seeking a skilled and experienced fabricator to join our manufacturing team at 360 Windows Pty Ltd in Dandenong South, VIC. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in the production and quality of our industry-leading window products.
What you'll be doing:
Cutting and fabricating metal components using a range of power tools and machinery
Adhering to strict safety protocols and quality control measures
Working collaboratively with the production team to meet tight deadlines and output targets
Identifying and reporting any issues or defects to ensure consistent product quality
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Undertaking ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
What we're looking for:
Minumim 3 years experience as a fabricator, within the window and door industy
Proficient in the use of power tools, machinery and equipment used in metal fabrication
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team




Good communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to undergo ongoing training and development
