Temporary Assignment for an experienced Support at Home Care Partner
Casual payrate of $***** plus 12% Superannuation

We are currently recruiting for Ongoing casual (locum) assignments
3, 4 & 5 days per week (pending the client's needs) Monday to Friday only
Casual / Locum hourly rates $***** plus 12 % super (weekly pay)
Clinical Care Partner- South East Suburbs
Local Government - Support at Home Care program
Commence ASAP, ongoing for approximately 2-3 months
4 days per week- realistic caseload
Office based role- Hybrid option negotiable after initial settling in period
Understanding of the Support at Home initiatives would be an advantage
Previous experience with Carelink highly desirable
Mandatory Documentation requirements
To be considered for our assignments you will need:
Registered Nurse-DIV 1, AHPRA registration
Recent experience as a Clinical Care Partner
A national police check less than 12 months old
A current Working with Childrens Check
A minimum of 3 COVID vaccinations
