What You'll Do
As part of our strong Supply Chain team, you'll perform a key role in coordinating inventory and services, enabling us to deliver the right product to the right customer at the right time.
Key responsibilities:
Create and maintain finished goods purchase orders, ensuring all information remains accurate and up to date throughout the product lifecycle.
Coordinate the end-to-end delivery process for purchase orders, working closely with the Regional Buying Office, freight partners and distribution centres to support timely product availability.
Maintain accurate product and purchase order information within Hallmark's systems, providing visibility of order status and supporting business planning and decision-making.
Coordinate the Sales Order Process for seasonal products.
Coordinate outbound customer order fulfilment, ensuring products are available, orders are processed accurately, and delivery commitments are met.
A competitive salary is available which will be dependent on experience.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be a committed team player, used to dealing with global systems and extensive purchasing needs. With great admin skills, a can-do attitude and motivated to really own the role.
You must also have
Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory planning or supply chain coordination.
Solid administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP or inventory management systems.
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work both autonomously and within a team.
The ability to build effective working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
