The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join our team in Cairns. While experience is a bonus, we are looking for the right person who has an appetite to learn and an ability to manage a busy workload. From answering phones to taking client appointments, you'll be a critical part of our clients' biggest property milestones – and you'll do it all with the support of cutting‐edge systems and a team that values you.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you'll assist with the management of end-to-end conveyancing files with the support of an experienced team and streamlined digital systems. Your role includes:
Liaising with clients, agents, solicitors, banks, and internal teams
Using cloud-based tools to manage workflow and timelines
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and firm procedures
Delivering exceptional service that reflects our commitment to care and quality
What We're Looking For
Sharp attention to detail and solid organisational skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Prior experience in a conveyancing or other property-based administrative role is preferred but not essential
Confidence using digital platforms and cloud-based systems
A people-first mindset with clear, professional communication
Energy, initiative, and a drive to deliver the best outcomes
Minimum educational qualification of high school completion
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position
