About the role
LOCATION: SEMI-RURAL CHARLOTTE BAY - 25 MINUTES FROM FORSTER
As Diploma and Certificate 3 Educators at Little Pioneers Early Learning Centre, you will play a vital role in nurturing and guiding the development of young children in our dynamic early learning environment. Joining our passionate team at Charlotte Bay, you will contribute to delivering high-quality care and educational experiences that support the physical, cognitive, social and emotional growth of each child.
We are a dynamic team where everyone's strengths have their moment to shine and as our enrolments grow since our ownership late last year, we are looking at growing our team.
What you'll be doing
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning activities that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
Observe and document children's progress, adjusting programs to meet their individual needs and interests
Foster positive relationships with children, families and the broader community
Ensure a safe, secure and stimulating learning environment
Collaborate with the teaching team to continuously improve educational practices
Actively participate in professional development opportunities
What we're looking for
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Demonstrated experience working with children aged 0-5 years
A genuine passion for early childhood education and the wellbeing of children
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creativity and the ability to engage children in play-based learning
Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements
Current First Aid certificate,



including CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma management
Working with Children Check
