Happy Days Early Learning is now recruiting for a Lead Diploma Educator to work in our under two year old room to start from August ****. Monday to Friday. (please note: we are not looking for a Graduate Diploma or ECT).
Certificate 3 educators who can work full time to cover planning and Rdos.
Happy Days Early Learning is a state of the art Early Learning centre located across the road from the beach in the beautiful beachside suburb Bonbeach, Melbourne. 100 places from birth to school age children. With a dining room, art studio, commercial kitchen and large communal play spaces.
Happy Days Early Learning is a family owned and managed centre, with the Management Team being highly experienced Early Childhood Professionals with many years of experience as educators, educational leaders, directors and operational positions. Ready to offer you support, knowledge and guidance in your role.
Our curriculum is influenced by The Reggio Emilia Approach, Early Learning Years Frameworks, with solid Indigenous and environmental connections. All age groups will be engaged with project work throughout the year.
We are seeking a full time Diploma educator (please note:



we are not looking for a Graduate Diploma or ECT)who is passionate, experienced and loves working with babies under two years of age and have strong relationships with families and the community. As well as, creating and working in beautiful and purposeful environments for children and their families. Ratio in our babies room is 1 educator: 3 children, 12 place room.
