Project Sales Coordinator (Inside Sales)
We are seeking aProject Sales Coordinator (Inside Sales)to join our team based inSt Marys, Western Sydney.
This opportunity would suit an experienced customer-focused professional with a background in industrial products, manufacturing, technical sales support, estimating, customer service, pumps, valves, instrumentation, hydraulics, electrical products, fittings, or related industries.

About the Role
As a Project Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting customers, preparing quotations, managing project documentation, coordinating orders, and following opportunities through from enquiry to delivery.
This is a varied and fast-paced position suited to someone who is highly organised, customer-focused, solutions-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare MRO and Project quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
Review customer specifications, datasheets, and technical requirements.
Process customer orders and support order management activities.
Maintain opportunities, quotations, and customer interactions within Salesforce.
Update and manage Salesforce Quote Dashboards and sales pipeline information.
Proactively follow up quotations and opportunities with customers.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships through regular communication.
Assist with project documentation, tender submissions, and customer correspondence.
Coordinate with supply chain, operations, engineering, and vendors to obtain pricing and delivery information.
Manage order changes, expedites, and customer requests.Support export customers with documentation and order-related enquiries.
Maintain accurate records within ERP and CRM systems.
Assist with sales forecasting and reporting activities.
Ensure customer requirements are met while delivering exceptional service.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Estimating, Sales Support, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Outlook, Word).
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Highly Regarded
Experience working within valves, pumps, instrumentation, hydraulics, pipe and fittings, industrial equipment, mining, water, manufacturing, or related sectors.
Mechanical trade background including fitter, machinist, plumber, electrician, production, workshop, or similar technical experience.
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems and ERP systems such as QAD.
Experience preparing quotations or supporting project sales activities.
