National Skin Cancer Centres – Redcliffe QLD
We are looking for a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our wonderful team on a casual basis.
This position is for approximately ***** hours per week, availability on Friday's is a must, plus coverage for sick and annual leave as needed.
Our current opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and select Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Shifts may be rostered between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm.
Responsibilities
Warmly greeting and assisting patients
Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book
Accurate data entry of patient information
Processing payments
Managing phone and email queries
Assisting in tidying up consult rooms
General administration duties as required
Qualifications & Attributes
Customer-focused with a commitment to patient care
A strong team player who contributes to a positive work culture
Approachable, reliable and dependable




Excellent communication skills, professional presentation and positivecan-do attitude
Previous experience in administrative/reception roles
Experience using Best Practice is advantageous
Sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients
Authorised to work in Australia
