The Role
We're looking for a senior full-stack developer with a passion for cloud solutions and a track record of leading small teams. You'll be shaping and building innovative software - primarily cloud-based - that delivers real business value for our customers.
You'll enjoy getting into the detail of complex problems just as much as stepping back to define the approach and guide others.
What You'll Be Doing
Hands-on development of new and existing cloud-based and SaaS solution.
Collaborating with local and offshore developers - defining tasks,



reviewing code, providing feedback.
Assessing implementation options for fit-for-purpose and cost-effectiveness.
Contributing to solution design and technical direction.
Mentoring junior developers and fostering a collaborative team environment.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in full-stack software development
Strong .NET stack experience: C#, MVC, Web APIs, SQL Server, Entity Framework
Solid cloud experience - Azure or AWS
Proven ability to lead and mentor within small dev. teams
Strong communicator - written and verbal
Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own priorities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have
.NET Core 6+
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, etc.)
OCR technologies or Machine Learning exposure
