We're looking for an experienced, creative, organised and social‐savvy Marketing & Content Coordinator to support our growing marketing team.
In this role, you'll help bring the Our Cow story to life across our digital channels by assisting with video editing, content scheduling, creator coordination, basic design, community engagement and day‐to‐day content support.
It's a hands‐on role with loads of variety.
You'll work closely with our Brand Manager to help plan, produce and publish content that feels real, Australian, and aligned with the Our Cow brand.

While this is predominantly remote, you will be required to attend our Casino office regularly for content production.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production
Editing videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Creating graphics and carousels
Assisting with filming and capturing behind‐the‐scenes moments
Drafting captions and helping maintain our brand voice
Content Coordination
Helping schedule and publish content across platforms
Keeping our content calendars and folders organised
Supporting campaigns, launches and key marketing moments
Preparing content drafts and actioning feedback
Creator & Community Support
Coordinating with content creators and ambassadors
Tracking incoming content and ensuring deadlines are met
Engaging with our online community
Flagging trends, opportunities and content ideas
General Marketing Support
Assisting with website content uploads
Helping gather assets, stories and information for upcoming content
Supporting the wider Marketing team with ad‐hoc tasks

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
2-3 years into their marketing or social media career
Confident editing videos (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
Skilled in Canva with a good eye for layout and design
A clear communicator and robust writer
Up to date on social media trends
A proactive doer with a can‐do attitude and well organised
Remain flexible and able to prioritise tasks
Fun, Bubbly & love working at a fast pace!
