About the Role
This is a diverse role that combines marketing, business development and customer engagement.
No two days are the same.
You will work closely with the directors to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, strengthen existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys both creative marketing and building meaningful business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
Manage our social media presence across multiple platforms.
Create engaging content including photos, videos, graphics and customer stories.
Coordinate Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
Write email marketing campaigns and customer newsletters.
Assist with website updates and SEO initiatives.
Monitor marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate promotional campaigns and community sponsorships.
Business Development
Develop relationships with new commercial, strata and real estate clients.
Follow up leads and identify new business opportunities.




Assist with tender submissions and capability statements.
Attend networking events and represent the business professionally.
Maintain our CRM and customer database.
Help implement systems that improve customer retention and repeat business.
Brand & Customer Experience
Ensure our branding remains professional and consistent.
Support customer communication and follow-up campaigns.
Coordinate online reviews and customer testimonials.
Assist in developing new ideas to improve the customer journey.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience in marketing, business development or a similar role.
Is confident communicating with people both over the phone and face to face.
Is highly organised and can manage multiple projects.
Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
Is creative and enjoys developing new ideas.
Has experience with social media and digital marketing.
Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems.
Wants to grow with a successful business.
Experience with Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing platforms or CRM systems will be highly regarded but is not essential.
