We are seeking ahighly organised Service Administratorto join our growing Fire & HVAC services team in Western Sydney.
This is a key operational role responsible for coordinating technicians, scheduling service works and ensuring our clients receive efficient and professional service.
We are a well-established Fire Protection and HVAC services company servicing commercial buildings, strata managers, industrial facilities and hotels across NSW.
This role suits someone who enjoysbeing organised, solving problems and keeping operations running smoothly.
The Role
Working closely with our Operations team and field technicians, you will help ensure daily service works are scheduled and completed efficiently.
Answering incoming client calls and assisting clients professionally
Booking service works and coordinating technician schedules
Allocating jobs using contemporary AI-assisted scheduling software




Liaising with subcontractors to organise works
Raising purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers
Confirming bookings with clients and providing service updates
Maintaining accurate job records within our service management system
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong communication skills (phone and email)
Good computer and administration skills
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
The ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
A positive, team-focused attitude
Experience inservice scheduling, administration or service-based industrieswill be highly regarded.
Experience withinFire Protection, HVAC, Facilities Management or Trades industrieswould be advantageous but is not essential.
