Experience creating daily changing menus.
A supportive and strong team member.

Ability to cater for dietaries without compromising on enjoyment.

A natural communicator who finds it easy to chat to guests on a daily basis
Skills and requirements
Must be trade qualified
Minimum two years experience within a similar standard of kitchen
Excellent technical knowledge and experience in all cooking techniques and styles
Pastry experience essential
Experience in daily changing menus is favourable
Ability to work autonomously
Supportive and strong team player
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Flexible approach
Responsibilities
Ensure consistency and highest quality in taste and presentation
Preparation of hot and cold food, including breakfast, lunch and dinner service
Working cohesively and productively with all other departments of the business
