WHS Advisor | Builder Developer | City Fringe
A leading Brisbane construction and property development business is seeking an experienced WHS Advisor to support the protected delivery of a major high-rise project on the city fringe.
About the role
This is a single-site role based in Brisbane, for approximately 18 to 24 months.
The project comprises 3 basement levels and 10+ storeys, with groundworks now commencing.
You will play a hands-on role in driving safety across all stages of construction, reporting to HSE Manager and project team.
Responsibilities
Champion a strong safety culture across the site
Support the implementation and monitoring of WHS systems, policies and procedures
Conduct site inspections,



audits and risk assessments
Assist with inductions, toolbox talks and safety documentation
Support incident reporting, investigation and corrective actions
Work closely with site teams, trades and subcontractors to ensure compliance
About you
Minimum 3 years' high-rise construction experience
Trade background combined with WHS/HSEQ experience preferred
Sound working knowledge of WHS legislation and requirements
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage teams on site
