MotorOne Autobody is seeking an experienced Spray Painter + Paint Prepper to join our team on a full-time basis.
As a key member of the production team, you'll play a critical role in the final stage of the repair process, delivering exceptional colour matching and refinishing quality that meets manufacturer specifications and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Apply paint and refinishing products to manufacturer standards
Manage workflow from preparation through to paint application
Deliver high-quality colour matching and finishing outcomes
Maintain workplace health and safety compliance
Contribute to workshop productivity and efficiency targets
The Painter We're Looking For
Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology (or equivalent)
Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Spray Painter or Paint Prepper
Sound knowledge of modern paint systems and refinishing techniques
