About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key connection between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless and premium service experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
Acting as the main point of contact throughout the service journey




Providing regular updates and explaining recommended repairs and maintenance
Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services where appropriate
Coordinating with technicians to ensure smooth workshop operations
Preparing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate documentation
Delivering exceptional customer service aligned with a luxury brand experience
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has previousautomotive Service Advisor experience
Alternatively a strongcustomer service or salesbackground
Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Presents professionally with a customer-first mindset
Enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment
Holds full working rights in Australia
