Labourer – Landscaping & Fencing (New Build Projects)
DCF Landscapingis a small, family-run business looking for a motivatedLandscaping & Fencing Labourerto join our growing team.
While this is primarily alabouring position, we also welcome applications from experienced landscapers or fencers looking for a long-term prospect.
If you have the right attitude, strong work ethic and are willing to learn, we're happy to provide on-the-job training and support you to build a rewarding career with us.
Based inFlagstone (Jimboomba), we work exclusively onnew build homesacross South East Queensland, delivering quality landscaping and fencing with pride.
The Role
Your day-to-day duties may include:
Assisting machine operators with digging fence and retaining wall holes
Loading and preparing timber for fencing and retaining walls
Landscape construction and garden establishment
Planting and mulching garden beds
Re-levelling front and back yards following build delays
Watering and maintaining newly turfed properties
Installing basic front yard irrigation systems
General labouring and site clean-up
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Is reliable,



punctual and takes pride in their work
Has a strong work ethic and is willing to learn
Can work independently when required and as part of a team
Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport (manual licence preferred)
Is physically fit and enjoys working outdoors
The following are advantageous butnot essential:
Landscaping or fencing experience
Certificate III in Landscaping or Horticulture
Ability to read landscape and fencing plans
Herbicide and pesticide accreditation
Experience operating small plant and equipment
Applicants must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
What We Offer
$29–$35 per hour, depending on experience
Casual position with consistent full-time hours
Monday to Friday work
