We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Fulfilment Specialist to join our growing team in Kent Town, South Australia.
In this casual role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our custom wristbands and event products are printed, packed, and shipped on time.
You will work with a close-knit team, manage stock, and help maintain the quality standards that our customers love.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high-quality printed goods are finished, packed, and ready for delivery while working closely with an experienced team.
Manage order processing including picking, packing, printing, weighing, and booking orders with couriers.
Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked storeroom.
Create high-quality wristband designs by following customers' instructions and specifications.
Monitor stock levels and liaise with managers as needed for replenishments.
Assist with shipping and handling, ensuring timely dispatch of all orders.
Required Skills & Experience:
Tertiary qualification is essential.
Minimum of two years' experience in a customer service or retail role.
Familiarity with WordPress, invoicing, and CRM systems.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service through email communication, composing clear and professional responses.




Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of organisational skills.
Familiarity with graphic design software (Canva, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator) is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus: Previous experience in postal services or working with couriers.
Bonus: Knowledge of printing processes and experience with printing equipment.
