Mercy Health is seeking a Change Lead for a 12-month fixed-term contract based at the Mercy Health Corporate Office in Richmond.
You will deliver detailed change management plans, manage people-side change, engage stakeholders at all levels and ensure alignment with the Optima project roadmap.
You will partner with project teams, manage risks, design communications and training, support business readiness and drive adoption across care services.
