Job Description
ONE TRE3 DESTINATION GROUP PTY LTD Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook and present a range of Pakistani cuisine and other menu offerings in accordance with established recipes, quality standards and customer requirements.
Prepare ingredients, spices, marinades and sauces and ensure consistent portioning, presentation and timely service.
Plan and organise daily food preparation and kitchen activities to ensure efficient operations.
Assist with menu planning and contribute to developing current dishes, specials and seasonal menu items.
Monitor the quality, freshness, taste, portion control and presentation of food throughout preparation and service.
Estimate food requirements and assist with food costing, stock ordering and inventory control.
Check the quality of ingredients and supplies and ensure proper storage and stock rotation.
Maintain consistency in the flavour and preparation of traditional Pakistani dishes and ensure established recipes and cooking methods are followed.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.




Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Support in supervising food preparation and provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff where required.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen and implement practices to minimise food wastage.
Skills and Experience Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Diploma of Hospitality Management (or equivalent qualification).
At least one year of experience in a commercial kitchen.
Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team.
