The Role:
Assist the Senior Property Manager with their portfolio
Conduct routine inspections
Lodge and follow-up maintenance work orders
Conduct entry and exit condition reports
Application processing
Open homes and private inspections
Administration & lease sign-up packs
The Candidate:
Previous experience in Property Management
A current QLD Certificate of Registration essential
Valid drivers license
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and enthusiastic personality
Excellent time management skills
