Anna's Curtains is looking for a Curtain Cutting/Sewing Machinist (Part time/ Casual/ Full-Time Opportunity)
We are a growing curtain and soft furnishings business based in Sydney, and we are looking for an experiencedCurtain Cutting/Sewing Machinistto join our team on a part time or Casual basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.
Responsibilities
Measure and cut fabric accurately according to work orders.
Sew custom-made curtains to a high standard.
Manufacture S-Wave, pinch pleat, pencil pleat, Knife Pleat, eyelet.
Work with a variety of fabrics, including sheers, blockout, linen, and velvet.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Work independently and as part of a small team to meet production deadlines.
About You




Previous experience in curtain cutting and sewing is essential.
Confident using industrial sewing machines and overlockers.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to read work orders and measurements confidently.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
