The Role:
Support and assist a Strata Manager with a portfolio of buildings
Strata Administration ad-hoc duties
Manage repairs and maintenance
Liaising with stakeholders (including Body Corporate and Trades People)
Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations)
Full training is provided on tasks and duties that you are not familiar with
The Candidate:
Strata admin or real estate/property management experience desirable and/or must have a genuine interest and transferable skills/qualifications
A excellent can-do attitude and must be willingness to learn
Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence
Proven resilience and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Excellent presentation along with excellent written and verbal communication
