The role:
We're looking for a highly organised and detail‐focusedJewellery Workshop Administratorto support our workshop operations and help ensure every piece that enters our care is handled with precision.
This is a pivotal role that keeps jobs flowing smoothly between our retail stores and workshop.
What you'll be doing:
Job Processing & Data Entry:
Receive incoming job packets and accurately enter all details into the system.
Email Management:
Sort and group workshop-related emails, respond promptly, and maintain clear communication channels.
Job Allocation & Updating Systems:
Label jobs, update system records,



and place items into the workshop for repair.
Dispatch Management:
Send repaired and assessed jobs back to stores, ensuring all job details are complete in our systems.
Quality Control Support:
Assist with jewellery assessments, quality checking, and workshop order accuracy.
What we're looking for:
Bring robust attention to detail and organisational discipline.
Communicate clearly and confidently.
Are proactive and team-oriented.
Are open to learning new skills in jewellery assessment and quality control.
Jewellery or retail experience is a bonus, but not required – full training is provided.
