About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available at Haber Excavations for a full time experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Main focus in Accounts Receivable
Includes data entry, raising invoices, liaising with customers, facilitate payments, assist with coding of payroll timesheets and dockets, etc.
Create work jobs in computer system
Create purchase orders as required
Answer telephone and welcome visitors to our office




Other duties and general office duties as required
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful for the role the ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of2 years experience working in Administration, experience in the civil construction or earthmoving industry is advantageous but not a requirement
Sound knowledge of accounting systems
WHS Knowledge highly regarded
Exceptional time management and data entry skills are a necessity
Experience with Microsoft suite i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook is required
