About The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the successful person will be responsible for providing excellence in customer service and energy billing administration.
On the job and external training will be provided to accelerate growth and progression.
This role is a fulltime permanent position based in our Southport office.
The role has the following key responsibilities and tasks:
Customer Service
Energy Billing and Administration




Payment Collections and Debt Management
Data Entry and Validation
Effective Communication
About You
You have a proven ability to deliver high quality work and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
You will be a hard worker, a fast learner and have a positive attitude
We are looking for someone who understands people and numbers
Ideally you will have a minimum of 3-5 years transferrable experience
A minimum of 3-5 years customer service experience is required
Sound basic computer skills including outlook, office and excel are essential
Basic data entry level Excel skills are essential for this position
Permanent residents are required for this position.
