Electrician - Traffic Signals / Energex URD
Deep Gem isseeking Electricians with Traffic Signals, Road Lighting and Energex URD experience for work in Brisbane / Southern Suburbs / Logan
Starting as soon as possible, with continuity of diverse work and a competitive pay rate, this is a great opportunity to join thisreputable and secure company.
Normal weeks consist of Monday to Friday day shift with overtime opportunities.
Due to the nature of our worknight shift and Saturday's are sometimes required.
The successful applicant will be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle, phone and industry training.
The successful applicantmustmeet the below requirements:
Current Qld Electrical licence
Self-motivation and a positive attitude
Good work ethic and committed to learning
Ability to follow company proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to manage their own small crew and jobs
High quality of work across all disciplines
Attention to detail, planning and executing work
General safety induction card
The following skills will be highly regarded but are not essential:
Experience with Traffic Signals
Experience with URD Jointing and Switching on the Energex Network
Experience with Rate 2 and 3 lighting
Energy Q Authorisations - Specifically LVSO
Energex switching competencies
Other accreditation with Energex
Current CPR / LVR / Polarity and other tickets
Remuneration will be based on verifiable skills and experience and includes:
Competitive hourly rate + penalties and allowances (paid weekly)
Core Works Rates apply for Energex Project Works
Fully maintained company vehicle
Company supplied uniforms
