About the Role
We are currently looking for a passionate and customer-focusedSales Consultantto join our Helensvale team.
The role is available on either a casual or permanent part time basis, with a rotating roster.
As a Sales Consultant, you'll create exceptional customer experiences by understanding each customer's needs and helping them choose the right sleep solution.
You'll also help maintain a beautifully presented showroom that reflects our premium products.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take the time to understand their bedroom and sleep needs
Provide knowledgeable advice and product recommendations




Manage point-of-sale transactions confidently and accurately
Follow up on customer queries and post-sale requests
Maintain exceptional showroom standards through merchandising, stock management and attention to detail
Work collaboratively in a team environment, treating others with kindness and respect
About You
You're warm, friendly, and a great listener.
Customers trust you because you're genuine, approachable and focused on finding the right solution rather than making a quick sale.
You're also detail-oriented, well-organised, and eager to keep learning.
We're looking for someone who has:
Experience in retail, customer service or sales will be highly regarded
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help out wherever needed
A proactive, calm, can-do approach, mature outlook and a strong work ethic
High attention to detail in sales and store presentation
Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and potentially some training evenings, when needed
