Human Resource Reporting & Analytics Specialist

Responsibilities
As theHR Reporting & Analytics Specialist, you will partnerclosely with HR and business leaders to provide meaningful workforce insightsthat support strategic decision-making.
You'll take ownership of HR reportingand analytics, ensuring accurate, timely and actionable people data is availableacross the business.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys analysing data,developing reporting solutions, and translating complex information into clearbusiness recommendations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
PeopleAnalytics:Analyse workforce data from multiple HR systems to identify trends, risksand opportunities that support business decision-making.
PowerBI Dashboard Development:Design, develop and maintain interactivePower BI dashboards and reports for HR stakeholders and leadership teams.
HRReporting:Produce regular and ad hoc workforce reports, providing valuable insightsacross key people metrics.
ReportingAutomation:Improveand automate reporting processes to increase efficiency, accuracy andaccessibility of HR data.
DataIntegrity:Maintain high levels of data quality through ongoing validation, auditingand governance processes.
HRSystems Support:Partner with HR teams to support system enhancements, reporting capabilityand people-related projects.
StakeholderEngagement:Present insights and recommendations to HR leaders and senior stakeholdersin a clear and meaningful way.
ContinuousImprovement:Identifyopportunities to enhance reporting capability, improve analytics processesand promote data-driven decision making across the HR function.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate is an analytical andcommercially minded HR reporting professional who enjoys turning data intomeaningful business insights.
You'll be confident working with large datasets,have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and possess the ability tocommunicate complex information in a clear and practical way.
Essential:Previous experience in HR Analytics, WorkforceReporting, HR Reporting or People Analytics.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI,including dashboard development, data modelling and visualisation.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experienceanalysing large and complex datasets.
Understanding of HR processes, workforcemetrics and people analytics methodologies.
Experience working with HRIS platforms such asOracle and/or Kronos will be highly regarded.
Strong communication skills with the ability topresent insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive,solutions-focused approach.
Ability to manage competing priorities whiledelivering accurate reporting within agreed timeframes.
