We are seeking an experiencedNDIS Support Coordinator / Business Development Officerto join our growing team in afull-time Sydney-based role.

About the Role
As a key member of Elev8 Country, you will combineSupport Coordination, participant engagement, and business development.
You will be responsible forgrowing participant numbers, building referral networks, and ensuring participants receive high-quality, compliant supports.
You will also contribute tooperational initiativesto help the organisation expand sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
Source, engage, and onboard new NDIS participantsto Elev8 Country services
Build and maintainstrong referral relationshipswith Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, LACs, Allied Health providers, and community organisations
Attend participant meetings, stakeholder visits, and community engagement activities
Convert enquiries and leads intoactive participantsthrough ethical, participant-focused engagement
ProvideSupport Coordination services, assisting participants to implement and maximise their NDIS plans
Support existing participants to ensure continuity, quality outcomes,



and positive experiences
Promote services in line withNDIS Practice Standards and compliance requirements
Maintain accuraterecords, referral tracking, and reporting
Represent Elev8 Country at networking events, expos, and community forums
Contribute tobroader business initiatives, including service development, process improvement, and growth strategies
About You
Proven experience as anNDIS Support Coordinator, Business Development Officer, Intake Officer, or similar NDIS role
Track record ofsourcing participants, building referral networks, and converting leads into measurable outcomes
Strong understanding ofNDIS legislation, guidelines, pricing arrangements, and participant pathways
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Highly organised, self-motivated, and professional
Values-driven, ethical, andparticipant-focused
Comfortable working in afield-based, community-focused role
Desirable (but not essential)
EstablishedSydney NDIS networks
Experience supportingcomplex or diverse participant cohorts
Proficiency withCRM systems or referral tracking tools
