About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Home Care Team Leader to provide hands‐on leadership, mentoring, and support to our community-based carer workforce in Canberra.
This field-based role ensures carers are well supported, confident in their practice, and delivering consistent, high‐quality care services to clients in their homes.
You will act as a key link between carers and management, helping strengthen team capability, performance, and wellbeing.
About You
You are a confident,



approachable leader with a strong background in aged care or home care services.
You enjoy supporting others, building capability in teams, and ensuring clients receive consistent, high‐quality care.
Current Driver's Licence
Reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance (for work use)
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Home & Community) or higher
Experience delivering care to older people in community or residential settings
Experience supervising, mentoring, or supporting a care team
Strong communication, organisation, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently across a community-based role
Highly Desirable
Medication Skill Set
Certificate IV in Community Services
