About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Brightstar Group as a Client Service Officer.
In this fulltime, role in Ellenbrook, WA ****, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued team members & clients.
What you'll be doing
Managing inbound client enquiries via phone, email and in-person
Resolving client issues and queries in a timely and professional manner
Assisting with the processing of client transactions and paperwork
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Providing general administrative support to the team as required
Some travel to and from Client meetings and SIL accommodations
Participant Support and Engagement
Completing support plans and goals.
Monthly reports
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and plan reviews.
Coordinate with service providers and community organizations to meet participant needs.
Following up on IR.
Following up on daily documentations.
Staff appraisals and attending staff meetings
What we're looking for
Previous experience in the NDIS Industry/ healthcare is preferred




Previous experience in administrative/office all-rounder type roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
Previous experience using Shift care
A positive, proactive and solution-focused attitude
Works well in a team setting but can also work well independently when required
