ISO Quality Specialist - 12 week fixed term contract

The Role
Reporting to the Quality and Safeguarding Manager, you will play a key role in driving the implementation of an ISO ****-aligned Quality Management System (QMS) and preparing the organisation for certification.
Key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating implementation activities against the ISO **** roadmap;
Conducting and supporting ISO **** gap analysis activities;
Developing and maintaining quality management documentation, policies and procedures;
Supporting business units to embed quality management processes into daily operations;
Maintaining implementation plans, project milestones and risk registers;
Coordinating document control processes, evidence repositories and compliance registers;
Preparing the organisation for internal and external audits;
Assisting stakeholders to prepare for certification audits and interviews;
Delivering training, guidance and support to internal teams; and
Providing regular project updates and progress reporting to leadership.




About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience implementing and maintaining ISO **** standards;
Robust understanding of Quality Management Systems, audits and continuous improvement frameworks; and
Experience developing policies, procedures and process documentation.
Highly regarded
ISO Lead Auditor Certification;
Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP or similar);
Experience within disability, health, aged care, community services or other regulated environments; and
Exposure to ISO *****.
